Poor First Experience, don't think i'll return. I went in to pick up my bike after simple repairs. I arrived at 10:15, website and voicemail state the store opens at 10. i waited til 10:30 and still no one showed up to open the store. i couldn't go back for a couple of days and when i mentioned the store not being open on time, i got no response from the owner, no explanation, no apology,…he didn't even acknowledge my words. I got no personal contact, he didn't even look up to me, thank me for my business, nothing. i paid $30 & waisted an hour trying to get my bike the first time for two need tubes in my tires…. not worth it.

One of the best bike shops that I know of! Employees are very nice and they have all your needs. I bought my very first SE Bike (2018 Fat Ripper) from there. Had no problems with it at all! They are also the first bike shop that sells their own Reflx. Their website is very easy to use and is better than other bike shop websites that I’ve seen so far! We need more bike shops like Pedaller in Philly! If you are planning to buy your next bike or bike essentials, try going to Pedaller, you won’t regret it!
